Director of the Thai Labor Office, Kaohsiung Branch participated in the celebration of the birthday of the Emperor of Japan

On February 25, 2025, at 6:00 PM local time, Mr. Nuthchyawach Sanguanchaiyakrit, Director of the Thai Labor Office, Kaohsiung Branch, along with Mr. Wichian Chompoonog, Deputy Director, and Mrs. Saisawat Sae-ju (Interpreter), participated in the celebration of the birthday of the Emperor of Japan. The event was organized by the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association in Kaohsiung at the 3rd floor of Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung.

The event was chaired by Mr. Oku Masafumi, Director-General of the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association, and was honored by the attendance of the Kaohsiung City Governor, the President of the Kaohsiung Chamber of Commerce, and the Pingtung County Governor, who delivered congratulatory speeches. Representatives from various foreign affairs agencies also attended, including the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) Kaohsiung, the Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO), and other organizations such as the Kaohsiung Foreign Police Office, the Immigration Office, industrial associations, and representatives of Japanese companies in the southern region, with over 200 participants.

On this occasion, the Director took the opportunity to meet and greet attendees to strengthen relationships with various agencies, as well as to discuss the promotion of expanding the Thai labor market and the protection of Thai workers.
